Volunteer with us

Tree Care Program/Duke of Edinburgh Award - Register for a 6 week Bushcare program towards your DofE certificate.
Trailcare - Build and maintain popularmountain bike trails in Ku-ring-gai.
National Tree Day - Plant trees with your community in July each year.
Fauna monitoring - help track the health of our endangered species (18+ years).
Streamwatch - collect data on plants, wildlife and health of waterways.
Net Zero Champions - share ideas and host events to move us towards a cleaner, greener future.

We welcome young people 16+ years. Training is required for some programs. Under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Youth 4 Difference is a passionate, student-led group organising bush clean-ups, tree planting and fundraising. Get in touch!

Share a speech, poem or artwork for the Speaking 4 the Planet competition, open to high school students in April each year.

Get support for your great idea and help your local environment! Apply for up to $5000 in our Environmental Levy Grants - opens April each year.
Nominate for the Local Citizen of the Year Awards October each year.
