What can I do?

Use the tools in our energy saver kit to carry out an energy audit of your home. It contains the following:

  • Thermal imaging camera - spot heat leaks such as gaps around windows, doors and insulation (walls, ceiling, floor), which you can fix to save money and cut emissions.
  • Power meter - plug it in and pinpoint appliance running costs and wasted energy with appliances on standby.

Portable induction cooktop kit 

Switch from gas to induction/electric cooking for an energy-efficient, healthier option. Borrow an induction cooktop and test it at home.

What can I do?

Borrow one of our portable induction cooktop kits. It contains the following:

  • Single or double hob portable induction cooktop – just place on a heat-resistant surface, plug in and it’s ready to use.
  • Magnet – check whether your cookware is compatible. Only cookware with a magnetic base such as cast iron and stainless steel can be used.
  • Information sheet and instruction manual – check the instructions before you start.
